This policy explains how Enviro-Tab UAE ("we") handles information submitted through envirotab.ae.

What we collect

When you request a fleet assessment we collect the details you enter: name, company, job title, business email, mobile number, fleet size, vehicle type, approximate fuel spend, fuel type and preferred contact method. We also record the page address and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you used.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry and assess whether your fleet is suitable for a trial.
• To keep a record of our business communications.

We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received and stored using Netlify Forms. Website hosting is provided by Netlify.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to your request and manage any resulting business relationship.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing mare@envirotab.ae.
